Dan Riehl is the President
of IT Security and Compliance Group, LLC. and the Head of US Operations
for Cilasoft Security Solutions.
Dan is an IBM System i
(AS/400, iSeries) security specialist who has performed System i security
assessments for many of the largest corporations in the world. He
regularly visits customer sites to perform these assessments and to help
them understand and plan for addressing the vulnerabilities in their
security implementations.
Previously, Dan served as the Founder and President
of The PowerTech Group. In early 2009, Dan left PowerTech to form IT
Security and Compliance Group (www.SecureMyi.com). The new company provides services and
training in all aspects of System i (AS/400) security, as well as selling
and supporting the Cilasoft
security software
brand in the US.
Dan's security articles appear regularly in System iNEWS Magazine,
where he is a Senior Technical Editor and Author. He is also the author and
editor of the System iNetwork Systems Management Newsletter.
Dan regularly teaches classes, webinars and seminars
on System i security and other technical topics.
